Expansion Plugs Division

Founded in 1982 in Milan, KSA provides comprehensive sealing solutions. We develop metal, metal-rubber, thermoplastic and elastomeric products. We are located in Italy, 15 km. northeast of Milan. Our design and manufacturing facilities and regional infrastructure allow us to meet the needs of a broad range of industries and technologies.
KSA introduced the BALL EXPANSION PLUGS product line in 1995, which was soon followed by the introduction of the RIVET EXPANSION PLUGS. Both types of plugs permanently plug and seal low, medium and high pressure leaks in construction equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic components and automotive systems.

Prototypes

KSA subjects every new product to a sustained prototype run to ensure that each product meets our customers' specifications precisely. If changes are needed in the material or the process, adjustments are made and the prototype run is repeated. KSA is one of the most responsive companies in the sealing technology industry.
